  1. For disassembling pallets, I find it easiest to use a reciprocating saw
(sawzall) to cut the nails. As long as you can pry enough space to get the
blade in, you don’t break nearly as many boards.

  2. Nice! I’m starting to collect all the pallets I can lay my hands on. I’m
going to put in a wood floor in my house!

  3. Rather than spend all that time trying to pull out those boards, Get a hole
saw for a drill say 1/2 inch and drill a slug around the nail and keep the
board intact. Later, you can snap off the slugs on the other wood and then
clip off the nails with a grinder. Hope that helps.

  4. Sorry it’s not very clear what are you doing exactly and you need at least
two camera to record in still position than edit and cut ;-)

  7. If you own a reciprocating saw (aka sawzall), buy a demolition blade (about
$10 at Lowes, and you can slide it between the boards and you can cut right
through the nails and have a pallet disassembled in no time at all.
