  1. 7 pounds of corn and soy to get only 4 pounds of chicken-flesh — Meanwhile a billion humans are starving for the want of grain. The meat industry is not feeding the world by fattening animals. A plant based diet would insure that more people eat and that less animals (57 billion world wide) would be sacrificed.

  2. The meat/dairy/egg industries spends hundreds of millions of dollars lying to the public about their product. But no amount of false propaganda can sanitize meat. The facts are absolutely clear: Eating meat is bad for human health, catastrophic for the environment, and a living nightmare for animals. There’s never been more compelling reasons or a better time to opt for a plant based diet.
