I know somehow this but i just did . My father did cut of piece from finger whit saw ( he never use gloves ) and two are old friend carpenters lost some finger just maybe lost focus or maybe have alcohol drink in the home wood shop when worked whit blade.
I most time work safe and even use piece of wood when the blade start close to my hand.
I have learn from others and will no gloves in future on table saw .

  2. Things of this nature help to make Youtube good. It can take up so much of my morning. However the vast majority of families are slowly KILLING their dogs – without understanding it! The junk commercial dog food companies put into pet food generates cancer malignancy and tends to make family dogs die young..

To preserve your pet’s life it’s essential to look at Double Life Dog Diet (Use Google.)

  3. Never, never in the history of ever, should you wear gloves while using a table saw! It could grab the glove and pull your hand into the blade. It makes me cringe to watch.

  4. As a carpenter, I love the skill and the tools, the precision. Let’s not forget the ingenuity and use of scrapped material. I’d have to say though, this is the most overbuilt chicken coup I’ve ever seen. Add just a little more, and it could shelter a human family! This build is not for someone without proper tools and skill. Just not going to happen. That said, still I say, that is the most awesome chicken coup I have yet to see. Many props brother!

  5. Hello !
I did build this whit improvisation i never made draw plan.
If i”m see some video like my i can make copy whit no plan.
You not have to stick on this plan just use the for inspiration and step by step build your nice house.
Maybe you have difference material and just have to change a little for fit whit your boards.
The hard part the the base frame stand up whit no one help you to hold ,this is why i used the light nail gun to make fast connection .
I wish you focus and nice build

  6. Single 49y/o female here. Do you think I can make this myself? I see you have a list of materials and sizes but do you have plans for this? I really think I can make this for my mother. I live out in the country myself and I already have some of the fence boards. This is a very nice coop. I don’t want some a frame cheap coop. I want this one! Thanks!

  7. Thank you for your comment.
I did put inside roosts just forget to instal on end on the video .
The door small to go inside easy but O.K to clean whit some longer tools and you right not comfortable.
This coop i haven’t see any problems whit predators ( lucky) but maybe other have to put extra heavy wire on air holes. This time we living difference place (own mini farm) and have only some tarp covered junky place for the hen group.I will build the next one from pallet wood and stucco.

What i use for first nailing before the stronger framing nail that name finishing nail gun .
Good for door molding ,baseboard any light nailing but not for house framing.

  10. Good work Nice tools, One comment the service door is too small As you will find out Chickens are DIRTY you need a side that you can open up too clean up the floor and wash out the building one a year or whenever you change the flock. I did not see any roosts for the birds They need them at night. The area under the roosts will get the dirtiest. The wood blocks will work to keep the chickens in but will not hinder Racoons or rodents. I’ve been raising backyard/small flocks for 20 years.
