What is a Scratch n’ Corn Hen Treat?
Scratch and Peck Soy Free Scratch n’ Corn is made using Certified Organic whole grains. We use a blend of Pacific Northwest grown Organic Corn, Organic Wheat and Organic Barley. Feed as a treat from your hand or scatter on the ground! Scratch n’ Corn is an excellent treat choice for cold weather. The added corn is an easily digestible carbohydrate that helps your birds generate energy.
Scratch is an indulgent treat for your birds — don’t let it spoil their dinner! Limit scratch to 10% or less of the full diet.

SOY FREE – Soy is one of the most commonly produced genetically engineered crops. It is often used as an inexpensive protein in animal feed, but animals do not need soy in their diets. We choose to produce a feed without it.
RAW AND UNPROCESSED – This is a whole grain, unpelletized feed and retains optimal nutrition for better absorption. This feed is an excellent choice for fermenting, and more information about how to ferment can be found on the Scratch and Peck website.
