It’s a barn home.. it attracts people who like the feel of lots of wood. These are country homes. DUH!

Actually, the barns are pretty cheap. I’m looking at having a 6 stall barn with a 1728 sq ft apartment above it, with an inside tack room and wash rack for 81K. All you do is provide nails, roofing material (shingles, metal, etc), and labor.
Those are some ugly-ass barns
