She could farm my farm anytime.
just keep it even tho they dont amke eggs they are good pets
Chickens can be as cuddley as cats or dogs if you handle them daily and feed treats from your hand. Get them used to coming in the house with you to watch TV or the internet on your lap. I sat out in the yard often and my chickens would just hop up on my lap to nap or enjoy petting. The roos would fly onto my shoulders. They just liked being around me. Earning trust is big.
She’s got bombs
Very helpful video my little flock of 12 are a little over 3 weeks old now and growing like weeds.
chcikens are awesome its nice to go out in the yard and get eggs
@Nomoreidsleft Looks like @nicolemtracy pretty much covered it. Some folks can’t bear to eat their egg-layer and will give it away.
thanks - me too! =D
Great video, she’s easy on the eyes too.
Great video! Love the sustainable food movement 🙂
They turn into soup. Generally they’re too tough for much else at that point. Either that or just keep them as pets, but soup’s the way to go.
It retires to a chicken nursing home.
So, what do you do with the chickens that get old, and stop laying eggs?
What a wonderful introduction to urban farming. The world needs more farmers like this pretty, as well as intelligent, woman.
